We design and install a selection of staircases, including: spiral, mono-stringer and floating types, all to conform to local regulations. This allows safe movement of people during everyday operation or to conform to fire evacuation procedures and allow concise, efficient muster point assembly. We also provide steel cat ladders for rooftop inspection and maintenance and silo and plant deck access.
Dependent on requirements, our designs can be protected for external use which will allow the structures to withstand even the toughest environments. Alternatively, steel staircases can be installed internally and be coated in a variety of colours, to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing and co-ordinate with interior design.
Steel staircases can also prevent costly fire protections requirements of timber counterparts and can include anti-slip properties incorporated into the bare material at manufacture stage. We can combine staircases with our stainless, glass or aluminium balustrades or fabricate fixings to support your own wooden handrails.
