Whether your property is supplied by natural gas, LPG or oil/kerosene we install, service and maintain all types of fuel supply systems and appliances.

You may have a new build property that requires evaluation to establish the most practical fuel supply available or seek a renewal of existing supplies. Our services cover:

If you have a suspected gas leak, we will undertake detection and tracing to resolve any concerns.

Our new boilers and appliance installations will be accompanied with 1 year installation warranty and up to 15 years on parts, dependent on the appliance chosen. Our boilers will be fitted with magnetic filtration to prevent sediment damages to the equipment, shock arrestors to protect pipework and water softeners to prevent corrosion.

If we are installing onto older systems, we will analyse the water quality and may recommend a power-flush so the new appliance can work under optimal conditions.  We also supply a carbon monoxide alarm free of charge.

Natural Gas Appliances

Gas appliances that do not perform to manufacturer’s critical settings can be dangerous and can create fatal consequences due to the production of carbon monoxide. We suggest appliances should be checked, at least, every year by Gas Safe accredited installers. Many appliances can have degradable seals and need to be serviced to ensure they operate as intended.

A fault with an appliance consumable part may only prevent the appliance starting, but we often find that poor maintenance causes breakdowns when you need your appliance or heating the most or at time of increased operation, especially in winter. We aim to identify issues early to prevent these costly breakdowns and supply consumers with planned proactive maintenance.

Our engineers will conduct thorough health checks on gas system from the meter to the appliance, including leak testing pipework.

LPG Systems

LPG systems are often used in off grid locations or where other fuel supplies are not present. We will investigate all types of property and locations and can inspect your existing pipework, appliance and LPG tank or provide advice on new services. Our engineer will communicate effectively with the consumer through written reporting, service paperwork and estimates on any recommendations or advisory work.

Oil / Kerosene

We install and replace various types of oil appliances as well as bunded plastic or steel fuel supply tanks and associated pipework. We will ensure utmost compliance within systems and offer annual servicing for continued protection. Our Northampton based OFTEC engineers will conduct risk assessments on existing tanks to ensure there is no potential danger to the environment or property and provide a compliance certificate with all new installs.

Our full service will always include a full clean using specialist treatments, replacement of consumable parts (including filters) and combustion checks. We will document and record all our work ensuring manufacturer’s warranty covers remain valid.
